jiji18 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each individual may register only one (1) account on jiji18. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jiji18 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jiji18 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. jiji18 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to provide accurate information. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiji18 login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jiji18 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify jiji18 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
jiji18 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with jiji18's KYC process, which may include providing a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
jiji18 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. jiji18 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. jiji18 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. jiji18 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is prohibited. jiji18 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made using a payment method not registered in your name and to close your account in such circumstances. Deposits made for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
jiji18 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
jiji18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
All games available on jiji18 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the result recorded on jiji18's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative. jiji18 uses certified random number generation technology to ensure fair outcomes across all applicable games.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jiji18 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jiji18 is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiji18 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
jiji18 actively monitors Platform activity for prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jiji18 may take immediate action without prior notice, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
All content on the jiji18 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jiji18 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jiji18. Unauthorised use of jiji18's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
jiji18 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jiji18 is committed to protecting your personal information and will not sell or share it with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiji18 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
jiji18's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiji18 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiji18's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jiji18 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, jiji18 may forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real-money balances held in your account.
You may close your jiji18 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the completion of applicable verification requirements. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiji18 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jiji18's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
jiji18 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
jiji18 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiji18 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
